Setting up an aerobic workout program and the many options available
Determining your maximum heart rate
Setting up a weight lifting program for the gym or home

Determining your basic metabolic weight and using that to establish a daily calorie intake

Three (3) hour seminar $490
Weekend Fitness Camps (5 hours on Saturday/3 hours on Sunday) include everything covered in the seminar, plus hands on physical activities, including calisthenics, an introduction to running, and games to build a team spirit and friendly competition.
Upon completion, graduates will feel confident in their abilities to accept and successfully complete challenging assignments. They will have a working foundation for an on-going fitness program including proper diet and exercise, and they will return to work on Monday invigorated and excited about life.
Weekend Fitness Camps should be between 8 and 10 people in order to make sure everyone gets the individual attention they need to succeed.
