Over 60% of Americans are overweight.  It's probably true in your workforce as well.  If so, it is costing you money - a lot of money- in absenteeism and increased health-care expenses.

Corportate Services & Prices

Talks on the benefits of fitness and how to acheive betterhealth through exercise and proper eating.  (Talks include about 10 to 15 minutes of questions and answers if possible, depending on the size of the group.)

           One (1) hour or less                   $95

 

Morning or afternoon seminars for large or small groups.  Three hour seminars cover a multitude fo topics including:

  • The benefits of proper exercise and eating habits
  • Setting up an aerobic workout program and the many options available
  • Determining your maximum heart rate
  • Setting up a weight lifting program for the gym or home
  • Stretching and flexibility
  • Determining your basic metabolic weight and using that to establish a daily calorie intake
  • Basic nutrition
  • Eating to lose weight without dieting
  • Maintaining healthy habits for life
  • Questions and answers

Three (3) hour seminar                    $490

 

Weekend Fitness Camps (5 hours on Saturday/3 hours on Sunday) include everything covered in the seminar, plus hands on physical activities, including calisthenics, an introduction to running, and games to build a team spirit and friendly competition.

Upon completion, graduates will feel confident in their abilities to accept and successfully complete challenging assignments.  They will have a working foundation for an on-going fitness program including proper diet and exercise, and they will return to work on Monday invigorated and excited about life.

Weekend Fitness Camps should be between 8 and 10 people in order to make sure everyone gets the individual attention they need to succeed.
