Tim, you have really helped me in the year that we have worked together. I knew almost nothing about weight training and, without your help, I would have stopped resistance training long ago or hurt myself in the process of trying to “do it myself.” Your encouragement, your enthusiasm and your keen ability to pass on your knowledge, have all been very beneficial to my development. As I approach the young age of 60, I feel confident that I can continue playing tennis aggressively without fear of injury. Certainly freak accidents can happen, but if they do, it won’t be because I haven’t toned my bones, muscles and ligaments. Yes, I am in much better condition than I was last year, thanks to you. For my birthday I am asking for some of those Nadal tennis shirts. And another thing, I really appreciate your sincereity. You are a real blessing to me and I enjoy solving the world's problems in the moments of recovery that you allow between exercises, however brief.

I would love to tell all the senior people who haven't made up their mind to do a workout program---do not hesitate!!! I started my program with Tim to loose weight, but what Tim did was not only help me in weight control, but also help me tone my body to be fit and strong--I am in my mid 60's, and in good health, but exercise was random. We seniors never know when an illness will come along and change our entire life as it did for me. With little warning and complete surprise I developed cancer. I had been working with Tim for several months on a strict program and felt so good--I was totally surprised how sick I was becoming-----in all of my medical treatments my doctors kept saying what great shape I was in, not my weight etc. I was still fighting the battle of the buldge, but my heart rate and bone mass and body tone for my age amazed my doctors. I can say proudly my workout program with Tim made my cancer recovery so much easier, and I am 100% free of cancer cells. Tim, I just wanted to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU! First let me introduce myself, I am Karen V. I am married to Chris. He took the opportunity/challenge put before the Southern Mutual Church Insurance Company employees about 2 months ago and met with you. Well, since then he has really taken this very seriously. To date he has lost 21 pounds and is working out 3 days at Wolf's, and we walk about 1.5 miles 2 days a week. I am 52 years old and have been actively working out for the last 4 years. When I started with Tim I didn't have a work-out partner . Without a partner to push you it is easy to make the workout times but not always so easy to do the level of working out that you need - most of us are too easy on ourselves. Tim, I hope you remember me. You trained me about two years ago in Columbia at Wolf's Gym. My family and I were relocated up here to Pennsylvania. As for working out ... I've continued to use my notebook and different variations of what you and I started together. I was just under 280 when I started almost three years ago and had a 44 inch waist. I now stick pretty tight to 230 with a 35 waist. I'm much tighter than I've every been. I've got definition, and I'm beginning to see abs. Thanks again for your help way back when. You taught me how to do it right and how to stay motivated. I've started running some and am considering a mini-triathlon in the spring. Thanks again for helping me change my life around.

Tim, I can say without a doubt that I have been on all the fad diets you can think of for the past 10 years and your simple system of watching caloric intake, controlling portions, and fast effective workouts has been by far the easiest and best thing I have done. The easiest part of it is the eating. It's all common sense once you showed it to me. I have lost 40 pounds since the end of May and although I have another 30 or 40 to go, I feel great. The stretching has helped also. I feel alot more flexible which helps with everyday things like mowing the grass and throwing balls with my two boys. I have been married for 12 years and my wife has seen all the fad diets I have been on and she told me the other day that the money I spent with you was worth every penny. Tim, your fees are very reasonable for what you get and I wish more people like me would pull the trigger and call you. I looked at your website for 1 year before I got the nerve to call you. I wasted a year. Thanks for all you have done so far and we're not finished yet.

Tim, I just wanted to let you know how things are going. Wednesday will be 8 weeks since my first workout with you. I have lost 15 pounds to date. I cannot thank you enough for showing me how to lose weight. With about 16 pounds to go, I am confident those pounds will come off just as easily as the first 15. I realize now that it wasn't what I was eating, it was how much I was eating that was making me inch up in weight (not to mention the lack of exercise). Just wanted to tell you about my progress. I feel great, have more engery, more flexiblity. I am excited to tell you that I have lost 7 pounds since I started going on eight weeks now. I walk everyday about 45 mins to 1 hour and work out 45 min 3 or 4 times a week. I have lost almost 2 inches in my neck, around on my arm I have lost 3 inches, my waist is down 3 1/2 inches, and hips lost 3 inches, so I am just thrilled. After 4 ½ months, I’m ready to tell you, and anyone thinking about using your services, how my sessions with you have affected me and my life. I’d never stepped foot into a gym before and the thought was really scary. Besides my fear of gyms, I’ve lost 16 ½ pounds, 2 inches from my waist, and 2 ½ inches off my hips. I started my sessions at the top of a size 10, sometimes having to venture into size 12 territory (oh my!). The last pair of jeans I bought was a size 8 and I have plenty of room in them. I guess I’ll continue to wear those drawstring pants until I can get into those 6’s which shouldn't be long.
The truth is no matter how much I moan and whine (and I do moan and whine a lot), I look better, I feel better, I have lots more energy and I don’t mind it at all when folks tell me how good I look! I’ve learned so much from you. I haven’t had to diet and I didn’t even have to skip my Christmas treats! I don’t have to starve myself and have learned essentially that moderation is the key. You’ve never forced me to do anything that wasn’t comfortable for me and at times I’ve affectionately called you a “slave driver” but the reality is you’ve given me nothing but encouragement and results. I feel truly blessed to have this opportunity to learn from you.
For those of your clients that might think it’s too expensive and think they can do it on their own. I happen to think it’s money well spent. I use the cash I save not eating out every day at fast food restaurants and having to keep the refrigerator stocked with Dr. Pepper! Your knowledge and applications far exceed anything I could ever do on my own.
